I have been spending so much time reading the stories you all are leaving in the comments and it just reinforces how wrong this whole situation is. I am currently trying to get a meeting with the district office because they cannot keep ignoring what is happening to Chris.

It’s to my understanding that this young man reported the individual for inappropriate behavior. And it continued. And you’re surprised by the outcome. Not only did you make the mistake of mishandling the complaint , failing this young man. You suspended him from school for standing up for himself. For this you should be ashamed. Rest assured I will tell this story to anyone that wants to listen.
Chris felt he would get more done fighting then going to the administration. The administration should feel ashamed that students feel that way.
i’ve heard about the situation and i find it unacceptable that a tolerance for “no bullying” has allowed this to happen.
Even thought I don't go to your school or even live in the same country as you guys what happened to Chris was wrong on so many levels so I want to help
The stuff that goes on at NPHS without anything from administration happening is absurd. Lots more people are seeing that now.

Not only calling this young man a racial slur, but breaking his phone and glasses? When is it enough? We are supposed to trust our kids to report bullying or incidents going on, how does this show them it will get resolved ? Instead ignored and getting to the point where he sticks up for his self and he is now punished. Shame on this.
