how can you not restore such history, we have destroyed enough of our history ..please preserve this part visited it as a child down from our home on State Street..

The Franklinton Board of Trade supports the goal of saving this old church, but worry that the price tag to do it is unachievable. This is a cool building and we hope collaboration can create a win for everyone.

This is a beautiful building and looks like it has strong bones to rebuild on. I hear the interior is a mess but it has a good structure to rebuild on.

I support adaptive reuse of the site using historic tax credits and a more inspired design for the affordable housing units.

It would be a tragic loss to demolish this building. It's structures like this that give us all a sense of place and make our city distinct from anywhere USA. We have already lost to many of our special places. Union Station, The Neil House, the Deshler hotel, the Hartman theater to name a few. How many more must we lose before people wake up. The character of these old buildings cannot be replaced.
