FOR FOX CREEK FARM HOMEOWNERS ONLY

Hello,
My family and I have been wanting to own and raise backyard chickens, but a while back we found out that, while the City of Longmont allows them, it is against the Fox Creek Farms HOA’s covenant codes. In order to achieve my goal of getting/raising backyard chickens I need to collect signatures from a minimum of 50% of the homeowners in Fox Creek Farms. Once I obtain the required signatures the HOA will put it on the next ballot for all homeowners to vote to amend the HOA convents. It would be amazing if you could help me out!

Additional Info: Even if our HOA allows backyard chickens, a City of Longmont Backyard Hen Permit is still required. The permit only allows up to 4 hens, and no roosters. More information on what the City allows can be found here... https://www.longmontcolorado.gov/departments/depar...
