The Landlords who take advantage of ppl in time of need are living a life of hypocrisy. They project themselves publicly as good guys but are instead douchebags.

very unfair to all the people who lost their hime to raise rent and prices of homes for sale -obsolvely don't want the town to grow back except on the backs of the people who lost everything

We already know the landlords and building owners are already forcing people to pay there rent for June and not reenbursing ppl for mays rent. Away to force ppl out of there lease so they can force them out of there home so they can jack up the rates. Where is the government making sure this does not happen??

Please help to stop rental increase for Fort Mc Murray, I am very fortunate to have a great landlord an is giving us time to get back on our feet.. I truley wish others would be considerate to what were all going thru at this time.. All thou there are many that are just greedy an have no morals..

Now is not the time for personal gain. It's a time to help and be part of something bigger than ourselves. Keep the tent at a reasonable price and you win in the future. You will be a landlord who cared about the people in there time of need. Keep that in mind

Yes man I agree 100% with this because people up there have been gauging ten tent for years up there pure greed. And not just the apartment owners the home renters and people Renting out their rooms.

The rent cap needs to be done now!! People have lost their home , lost time from work , and have to replace what they have lost. Now rent is gone through the roof!!! This has to stop now or people will just not be back at all.

Single mother living in McMurray for 11 years. Rent should not be gouged because we are down.
