Please reconsider!! Do the right thing and award it to the person who followed your criteria and won the popular vote!

I like this design way better than the one of people whom I have no clue about. This is bright and beautiful! I think the group that made this decision should reconsider.

This person deserves to win because he won majority vote; and not because a few people change the rules at the end to only benefit themselves

We need to have our local artist paint these. He knows this town and his painting has meaning behind it to the town and looks way better then the winners.

When you have a hometown artist, you use him/her and showcase some iowa pride! Why on earth would you want someone from another country to do the work a local artist takes pride in! Do any politicians actually think about their hometown people anymore!!!!

I think the project should go to the best design and Josh's is. The other one looks like the artist went to Mineral City and took pictures off the wall

Not even close. Josh wins hands down.

Josh's design should be the one! Community will connect with it more since it has well known landmarks from the area. Not to mention it is more vibrant and colorful.. Not like the drab bland design the city decided to choose

Pick a local artist not someone half way around the world.

Why did a foreign person got choose over a local artist??? Does that person know the rich history of our community instead of looking it up online

Keep it local! Why would we not. And something with meaning for the town.

Let's keep this local, not some Australian artist! Josh has a true eye for what the mural should represent!
