Not being provided with a mock, meaning we couldn't practise time keeping
The XM case was uploaded the day before the exam (which proved crucial to the exam)

Fix the lecture recordings already. Half the time the audio is just static or non existent. Paying way too much for this level of service.

The exam timing was a joke. How are we supposed to finish 87 marks in 2 hours when others get way more time? Really unprofessional.
