I believe that this man deserves a second chance, he's served more than enough time for a crime he's commented as a child.... This story breaks my heart because there's no true winners in this situation! I loss a brother and it's not easy! How ever 20+ years is more than enough time to pay for a accident.... Tears

my cousin made an mistake us all have no matter how big or small he paid his debts now it's time to let go n ket god as well as letting him go we have to move forward we all sorry for dericks loss n u cant bring him back but it was an accident an not one but two people was gone an missed since that day we all deserve second chances

If God can forgive and forget then who are we as people to deny a changed man a second chance!! My brother is not the man he was as a child he deserves a second chance and to live life again. yes derrick will never return but the pain and damage is done he has served his time please let him free .!! God forgives we should to!! That judge will have to answer for wat he has done by judging this man beyond his profession . This is no longer business but personal. God bless
