Please give Edwin another chance at life. When your a child you do childish thinks but as a man you do adult things. Edwin was a child himself when this happened and was always a good kid and person

With the current state of research that states the brain is not fully developed until the age of 25 and the consequences to this fact impulsive and irresponsible decisions are made. In the state of OH a life sentence is 20 years. A life without parole sentence for a 17 year old who acted impulsive by pulling the trigger of a gun and shooting an innocent person deserves the opportunity to not only have redemption but forgiveness. If the family of the victim can forgive we should make sure Edwin has the opportunity to be an asset to our community. Allowing him the chance to show other young men that one decision can change the lives of 2 families is justice within itself. We must learn to allow those directly impacted by violence assist us in stopping it. I support Edwin being granted release.

Time served... Let this man live his LIFE, outside them bars. The state of Ohio has made millions of this man LIFE. He was young and he made a mistake. Any man or woman without fault, let them cast the first stone. We all was young once before and made mistakes, including JOE DETERS... He made huge mistake since his tail was re elected in office, especially against African American lives vs Caucasian lives... It's such a racial disparity across the board. But I'm a firm believer every DOG has his day, including JOE! Set Edwin Swan FREE...
