I had the opportunity to get to know Mr. E. Swan up close and personal for nearly 4 years and can honestly say he has been transformed to a model inmate and human being. Like most people he to deserves a chance at freedom to become a productive citizen again. He has strong principles and morals and his integrity is above reproach. I'm a citizen and native of cincinnati and grew up with the swans entire family I know he's not a risk nor threat to anyone. Please release Mr. Swan now. Respectively, Mr. Charles Lillard.
