Forest Hills Sidewalks Now

The random sidewalks in FH are a danger to all children living in that area( my grandchildren included) and attend FH or SJC schools. As a frequent walker in town I try to avoid that area of town as it’s very dangerous for all of us! Keep all children and adults safe in our town, please! Be THE board that makes the right decision at last on this decades old problem. Thx

There are so many trucks on the street, landscapers, builders, delivery etc. it's hard to walk to school or a friends on blocks without sidewalks. Also, so many distracted drivers with phones.

This is the right thing to do for the safety of our children.

Cars are driving faster, and driving thru stop signs, more now than when I moved here 28 years ago. The blocks without sidewalks are no longer safe for the young families of Forrest Hills.

For the taxes we pay - all neighborhoods should have sidewalks! Safety issue!

It's concerning that such an amazing community and that is so populated with children wouldn't put sidewalks as a top priority. I feel like this would make the streets so much safer and you wouldn't have to worry about getting hit by a car!

Please make Forest Hills safer with sidewalks!!!

I don't like walking in the street with cars. I don't like kids walking in the street to and from school Wouldn't it be silly to wait until a someone gets hurt by a car to do this?

Please Let’s do the sidewalk, for the safety our children!!!

To continue as top rated neighborhood for raising children, the safety of everyone involved can only be greatly improved by a continuous sidewalk system throughout the neighborhood.

Sidewalks would beautify the neighborhood and make it much more accessible. Better neighborhood interactions and home values should follow

Having lived on Lawn in Forest Hills, I've seen cars whiz by kids and seniors alike. It's just downright unsafe.

Lets do this before one of our kids is hurt by a driver. The lack of sidewalks is a public health hazard and should be a priority.

For the safety of our children and our citizens, please finish our sidewalks.

I have two small children (2 &4) and even though we've taught them to run for the curb when a car is coming, we've had way too many close calls for comfort. We need sidewalks!
