FOREST HIGHLANDS - CCR CHANGE - 1 month minimum rental.

I prefer rentals to only members and their families for safety and accountability.

I agree with amending CC&Rs to limit rentals to minimum one month period.

I am less interested in overriding the board than actually seeing if the majority of FHGC members do or don't want the change.

Prefer no rentals

I would prefer no rentals at all, but this limitation would be better than nothing. I support it.

Safety, serenity and stability are the hallmarks of our beloved community. These attributes will be enhanced by the proposed CCR changes. I endorse them wholeheartedly.

I fully support a change to our CC&Rs to limit rentals to a min of 30 days. I only wish the FH Board had responded late last summer to this request from a number of concerned members!

I support the proposal to restrict short-term rentals throughout a CC&R change.

I'm all in.

CC&R should be brought to a vote regarding Short term rentals at Forest Highlands . It is common sense to allow the entire Membership to vote on this rental issue.

I support the one month rental.

I support making a one-month minimum rental period.

I'd like to remain anonymous for the time being. We own two properties in FH, one for sale, and we do not wish to attract the wrong kind of attention.

The time has come to take back our community!
