I lost my home May 2018, because of flooding. Had to have it rebuilt. It should not have happened. Many of my neighbors flooded, that never had issues before. There is no place for the water to go.

PLEASE do not do this to our neighborhood. Forest Cove cannot handle the runoff from 128 new houses. We already flood in just a heavy rainfall. The golf course soaking up the water is the only hope we have. If it is paved with streets and driveways, we will be in horrible shape and no amount of new ditches will help. Please do NOT develop this green space.

Anything that is done needs to make sure adequate drainage to prevent more flooding is done or be accountable, as well as whatever is put in increases the value of FC not reduces values. A community swim pool with clubhouse I feel is a must for our community!!

This should NOT become a housing development. It should become a place of recreation for FC residents. If the development goes ahead it will negatively impact drainage, traffic, and the appeal of living in FC.

I rent can I sign. I plan to live here the rest of my life. We didn't flood in the last floods but it came closer than it has ever come. If they take away the gulf course we might flood. I thought people paid more to live next to a gulf course. What will this do to their values?

Surveyors took readings to tear down the house next door, 1102 St Andrew's, to put in an access road to the "new" neighborhood. They want to advertise Kingwood access. Do we want houses torn down to make new roads?
