I really don't know who's lying or stealing but I worked for a larger company in Management for over 40 years and everyone in the company needed to get expenses approved,and if you got caught approving so called bad expenses you were as every bit guilty as the person that submitted the original expense.If all this is true these people should be ashamed of themselves and do the honourable thing and all Resign.
