There are many questionable items that need answers. I am sure it will be an expensive endeavor to go through a forensic audit, however in the long run the money that could potentially be saved seems like a no- brainer, in my opinion.

I certainly hope the bottom of this is found! Sounds like a gross misuse of money we work hard for! I wonder, once findings are complete, if these monies will be returned to the taxpayers?!? ha. Highly doubtful.

If there has been a misappropriation of funds it should be dealt with immediately and the involved parties punished and fined!
