When will the government listen to what's happening with the bloody tourist drivers?? How many more people need to die before their voices are heard,I experience it EVERY time I go ridingEVERY TIME,they generally have no idea how to drive,I'm so sick of nearly being hit and a f##king wave "so sorry",I'm disgusted that someone is signing their papers saying they can drive here with basically zero checks,enough is enough New Zealand it's time to stop this needless bulls##t.

See tourists every week driving on road just about causing accidents.
Especially campervans.
Something needs to be done.

I agree something needs to be done but when you put a requirement on any tourist in NZ then the same can be done to us when travelling. I don't want to have to sit a licence in a foreign country due to the time involved & the cost. I too would feel angry if justified sentence was shortened. Stop that first. You still have my deepest condolences.

A sad pathetic system we have in NZ. This may of been avoided if our stupid system (THOSE RUNNING IT) would only open it's eye's, stop talking, and fix the problem.

Too many people from overseas causing loss of life and serious injuries, and getting off with a slap on the wrist. Dreadful consequences for all the families involved, and the taxpayers left paying huge medical bills. Time something was done.

In the killer tourists home country, if we "accidently" kill one of their citizens, will we be able to pay money, walk away, and come home????

Agreed as I travel Alot for work and I see a lot of tourists do extremely dangerous things on our roads.
