I am sick of being driven off our roads. I have been in far too many close calls. Get these incompetent foreign drivers OFF our Roads. Please!

Too many deaths. I have personally witnessed the horrendous driving skills of foreign driver in the Waikato. If you witness same star triple 5 for help to stop this.

This Asian woman in this story also appealed her sentence and then was allowed to go home early serving nearly none of it...disgusting!!....she wasn't even sorry for what she did,she was only worried about herself and going home!!.

This is a fairly self-explanatory situation. If people from China have never even been behind the wheel of a car in their home country, how can they be trusted behind the wheel in our country

I totally agree and support the idea that foreign drivers should have to pass the same test as New Zealanders.

As newzealanders we need to pass a driving test to be allowed to drive on our roads it makes sense to test everyone driving on our roads

Even if this petition makes visitors more aware of our concerns and prevents a death, it is worth signing.

I believe this is very important, I drive a School in the Upper Waitaki Valley and most days witness bad driving decisions and unfortunately they are visitors

I absolutely 100% agree with this petition, after having a foreign exchange lady with a thai full licence stay with me. We brought her an automatic car to travel in whilst visiting NZ... It took me less that two minutes to realise that not only did she not know about Nz road rules, but she infact could NOT drive a car at all!! I strongly agree that foreign drivers should sit at the very least a basic driving test before being allowed to hire/buy or even borrow a car to drive!!!!

Tourists wanting to drive in our country should sit and receive a temporary drivers license.
