I fully support this petition to have foreign tourists and immigrants be required to sit a full NZ licence test before being able to drive on NZ roads.

Agree. Over this idiotic situation. Either that or you profile and ban drivers from specific countries (where driving isn't the same)

All foreign drivers should sit NZ test before driving on our roads just as we who were born here have to.

Why 3 months? What about the 10 day visitors ect. All visitors who wish to drive on our roads need to be tested. Kiwi lives matter.

That the house pass legislation requiring any visitor to NZ who is issued with a visa for a period than 3 months, and who wishes to drive a vehicle while in the country, be required to sit a full New Zealand driver's licence test and be issued with a Temporary New Zealand Driver's Licence with conditions.

Too many innocent kiwis being killed. We must put in testing & laws need to be changed.

Yes they should go for a NZ licence don't forget they too uses the tax payers money but if they flee the country then what? Just saying
I very STRONGLY insist that this is passed as Law IMMEDIATELY!!! Having lost a stepson to the exact same thing earlier in the year I believe with all my heart and soul that something needs to be done NOW!!!

Please stop the killing of our young people on the roads by foreign drivers. Educate them, test them and prosecute them when they cause accidents and/or kill someone on our roads.
