All people that want to drive here at anytime should sit the test regardless of length of stay. We don't want people who would fail to be on our toads

The only logical course of action to prevent needless death on our roads in these circumstances is to ensure all drivers have a New Zealand Driver's Licence.

a slap on the wrist for two Chinese visitors who bought the right to walk away from a murder charge, unlicensed behind the wheel of a potential weapon.

I strongly consider that we have a duty of care to our visitors not to expose them to hazards & risks that they're ill prepared for and likewise a responsibility to other road users that include our tourists & visitors.

Came here because of Winston and because I believe the law needs a tune up.
