Yes, I have witnessed the dangers of foreign drivers on our roads 1st hand had a foreign driver reverse into me the same guy 3 times who obviously didn't know how to operate the vehicle safely.

As a motorcyclist for the past 40 years I too would like to see other road users being able to operate their vehicles in a safe manner as to not endanger other NZ road users.

I believe it is for everyone's safety that they are to sit a test just as I would be expected to sit a test in another country. I think its the right thing to do for everyone's safety.
