This needs to happen. If kiwis need a licence to drive then so does anyone else driving on our roads!

These drivers need to be aware that their attention needs to be on the task at hand. Lack of remorse shown shows the lack of respect given to the driving conditions.

They are a menace on the road as so many do not know or even wish to know our roadrules. Many can't read the road signs as they can't speak English. Far too many cars on our roads. Keep them off the roads and take a taxi.

Have seen heart-stopping driving by tourists and just avoided an accident a couple of times.
