TRONGLY recommend any visitor to New Zealand who is issued with a visa for a period longer than 3 months, and who wishes to drive a vehicle while in the country, be required to sit a full New Zealand driver’s licence test and be issued with a New Zealand Driver’s Licence !!!!!!

All our Justice System has done by downgrading a Chinese National sentence for killing a man on our roads, is highlight to International visitors that if you harm or cause death on our roads due to your negligence about our road safety requirements, then your punishment will most likely end with your visa cut shorter than planned and deported courtesy of the NZ tax payers

The law needs changing...too many tourists causing fatalities on our roads,with their lack of knowledge of our road rules and fatigue!
