There are many towns in Greece that allow voluntary vets. It is the only solution for any country such as Greece that have an overpopulation of dogs. This is the 21st century! Your town could be a shining example of how you have solved this problem by fixing these unfortunate animals so they don't have more and more animals. It would show everyone how you are looking into the future ands doing something.

Neutering will help reduce the problem of stray dogs in the area. Someone is offering to do it for free and we STILL need this petition?! Crazy!

A veterinary clinic in Kalives, near Chania, has been given permission by the Mayor of this area to allow foreign vets to neuter the stray dogs. It is a big success. Please copy his example and show compassion to the Greek animals. It does not cost you anything.

I have a home in Crete. I love Crete and the Greek people but I feel sick when I see such cruelty to some of the animals there. Please sign the papers so takis can get all his dogs neutered. This kind man, one of only a few unfortunately, and the dogs need your help and approval. Please please help him. Thank you.
