This guy has financially and emotionally hurt too many people. His dogs are not health tested and he has sold multiple puppies with severe genetic illnesses. The town of Hanson could care less that he is gay, young, or Brazilian as he is claiming. They stopped the hearing due to Augusto not informing them that he is currently under an open investigation by about 5 different agencies, including animal control, in Barnstable. He also kept changing the number of dogs he says he has and will have on the property. He had no actual plan in place when he went before the board. The board also received a packet put together by the injured consumers with vet records, pictures, etc. He is also now under investigation by the Massachusetts Attorney General Consumer Affairs department for financial fraud.

I am really fed up with Augusto and his followers using his race, and his sexual preference as a smoke shield. Face reality and be an adult. He is irresponsible and hates any constructive criticism. He runs from town to town crying woe is me. "I'm a poor Brazilian gay man that nobody likes." Reality is, there is solid proof of his tom foolery and his endless lies. Starting with him being born and growing up in Brazil. He lies about the AC. He says he is harassed. Well, he needs to take a look at himself. A responsible grown person would not go on social media and complain and make defamatory remarks about the town who he is asking to get a license from. Talking about biting the hand that feeds you. Nothing in life comes to you for free. You have to work for it. And you need to comply with laws. It doesn't matter how good your dogs are. That has no factor in bending the laws. That is exactly what he is asking. For the towns to bend the laws for him because his dogs are so good. If I lived in that town, I would be in an uproar on the audacity alone of someone trying to pull that garbage. The fact that he removes negative remarks against him on his own wall, or deletes any question that negates his practices...but yet, he allows his followers to bash those that question him. Also Augusto is NOT using our money...my husband & i had been talking to Augusto before your page started..so go ahead & copy & paste to your page as it will giveall your followers a chance to bash me also...yes this is so sad!

Augusto and Griffin Shepherd Kennels continue to prove to his followers that he has the skills to maintain a professional business of this nature. The business he is setting out to do is his calling in life. If he were corrupt, rich and or has political people in his pocket (probably like the other kennel businesses in the town), we would not even be having this discussion.

I think it's low to lie on a petition. The race, age, gender preference card has nothing to do with you getting or not getting a kennel license. Not sure the town of Hanson will be please when they get a copy of this petition. How about you proving the legitimacy of your Kennel. How about you proving your ability to follow the law. How about you proving your ability to truly want to breed "signature" GSDs. How about you proving your desire to start all health checking on ALL of your dogs before breeding. How about your desire to let the puppies become adults before they become money bags. How about your desire to refund those buyers that purchased unhealthy and genetically flawed dogs. After all, you guaranteed their health. How about learning how to be an honest human being...

This is insanity....what is this....when all else fails pull the race, sexual preference, age card? If anyone takes the time to actually read his own posts you will see the ever changing stories, which are written by him! In this day and age, I don't and never have given a hoot about race, age or sexual preference.....this has always been about his ignoring the laws and acting as though he's above the law. He has a shoddy puppy mill, and expects people to blindly follow. He has helped some families with their furbabies but what about the people he has cheated out of money for selling underweight sick puppies. He's famous for blocking negative comments and questions....the list goes on and on. It seems the town where he now rents a home no longer wants him and he needs a new place to go. How absolutely pathetic. The race card. The Gay card? Seriously? What does this tell you? He can not climb above the mountain of lies and deceit he has built around his illegal business, so he uses the race and gay card as a last resort, like so many criminals have done in the past. The truth is he is nothing more than a puppy mill using the internet to advertise his videos and dogs on large German Shepherd Sites for business. He falsely advertises healthy, vet cleared, OFA, genetically screened dogs. I say falsely because his dogs are not health screened, were not OFA certified, not DM cleared, puppies sold without vaccines, puppies sold with heart problems, one puppy with severe genetic SAS and a grade 5/6 heart murmur that never grew, underweight puppies, puppies not dewormed, and full of mites, puppies with kidney problems and dogs tested to be DM carriers although he claimed they were DM clear. He sells these dogs to anyone... never meets them like he claims, could care less were they go, as he is nothing more than a puppy mill. He has broken every law in his town by running a business without a license, keeping over 25 dogs at a time without a kennel license, claims to be a Master trainer when in fact e has no certification at all....NONE! He has made life miserable for his neighbors, with barking dogs and dogs at large. He is a liar and he is deceitful. This has nothing to do with his being gay or being from Brazil! It has everything to do with breaking the law, ripping people off, and hurting innocent dogs!

Furthermore, do you have proof such as DNA that the puppy with the alleged congenital heart defect does indeed, come from the parents you claim? As I know it, owners simply take a cheek swab and send it to OFA for a DM test. There is NO verification done that the swab received actually belongs to the dog named on the sample. There is no oversight as with a vet checking the microchip required to send in OFA xrays. How do we even know the swab you sent for a DM test belongs to the dog you claim it does?
