Her other litters were: 2/15/2013 – where she produced a puppy with Subaortic Stenosis, a genetic condition 9/25/2013 6/3/2014 Harmony has had 4 back to back litters, and produced a puppy that is a DM carrier. Her litters were: 4/11/12 11/29/12 5/6/13 11/20/13

This is pathetic. No one cares if your Gay or Brazilian! Nice try! A quick search on the internet will show that you are running an illegal business, have sold numerous SICK puppies, and refused to refund people their money on your so called guaranteed health tested dogs. Your dogs are NOT health tested and NOT cleared of genetic diseases. You have lied and falsely advertised your breeding practices as well as your training certifications. You claim you are a MASTER trainer, yet you have absolutely no certifications at all. You breed PUPPIES, not mature bitches. Puppies having puppies, back to back, heat cycle after heat cycle. You are nothing more than a puppy mill. You lie and deceive innocent people and hurt innocent dogs. Sexual preference and country of origin have nothing to do with people wanting you shut down! Your lack of respect for people and these innocent dogs have everything to do with stopping you.

The hate page these people created is vile and mean. They are the people discriminating against Augusto and making mean comments about his age, calling him a "kid" repeatedly when he is a grown man, insulting his national origin and one of them even said he "should go back to the jungle of Brazil and breed chickens". I hope he sues the pants off all of you!

I believe that if people look for something positive about Augusto they will find it. He has proven himself in so many ways. I have found videos posted by people who own his puppies which far more out weighs the negativity I have also seen on the internet. My biggest issue with the negative people is that they have no proof to back up what they are saying. I am still waiting for proof. If all Augusto's dogs have been tested for all genetic issues these animals could have and these test have came back negative, then it is my opinion that Augusto should be given the chance to prove himself in the Town of Hanson. Allow him the chance to prove himself.

He sold my family member a puppy with a serious deadly heart defect which is genetic. The puppy had failure to thrive, malnourished, full of many species of parasites, mites, and weighted only 8 pounds at 12 weeks old. She travelled 8 hours and spent a lot of money to get her pup. He had no vet records, no vaccines which she paid for, a non working vet number, no health guarantee which he promised. He claimed he would mail them to her. Turns out he never had them. His dogs are not health tested, not screened for genetic disorders, and are not OFA hip/elbow scored. He lies! Her puppy was found unfit for sale and she had to drive him back to die with his pack. He advertises healthy dogs. He advertises health screened dogs. He advertises some SPECIAL GSD. He lies! He breeds his females at their first heat and again every heat after. He is nothing more than a puppy mill. His dogs are nothing more than a MAC machine. He is now being run out of two towns. Anyone wonder why? He is a liar and a fraud. His poor dogs pay the price as well as his unsuspecting customers.

What I have learned is what a BAD breeder is. I have AD to thank for that.

So he posted his AKC inspection today on his Facebook page. Why don't you supporters ask him to show the whole report, not just page 2. Then ask him why the puppies weren't listed. AKC does not "forget" to put puppies on a kennel report. That's the whole reason of the inspection....he hid the puppies

I'm sure the town of Hanson will love to see the header of this petition. Accusing the town of discrimination? Augusto was not prepared at the town meeting. His business plan was in a freaking shoe box!!!!! He was unprepared, that's why it was continued.....

Amber, ask him to see the rest of his AKC inspection form. On his facebook he only showed you page 2.......and do you really think the ACK would forget to list the puppies? No, I don't think so.......that's because he hid them. He's a scam artist that has screwed so many people and hurts so many dogs, it's sad.......and for some reason he has a following that just can't see the truth. Think about these poor dogs being bred every single heat cycle.......it breaks my heart

People are banned if they comment with vulgar language and after 3 warnings to stop. Same with posts...The horrible things you have seen posted on that page is all of the evidence against Griffin Shepherd Kennels that you do not want to see.

From what I understand, your family member, Silvia returned this pup and was refunded her money, sadly it just took a long time. She should have never taken the pup without the proper paperwork, big mistake as she soon found out. So if she can let it go, why can't you.

I cannot in good faith sign this petition. Mr. Augusto provided no information that anyone is discriminating against him due to race, age, or sexual orientation. I have spoken with the American Kennel Club, Town of Barnstable as well as read the notes from the Hanson meeting. Here are the facts: 1. There is no information provided showing AKC kennel certification. In fact, the one page listed on Facebook is different then the form normally used. It appears to have been Photo shopped to deliberately provide the appearance. The AKC has indicated he is not a certified kennel. This is verifiable by calling the AKC. 2. The Town of Barnstable is not discriminating against Mr. De Oliveira but following the regulations created to protect residential areas. 15+ dogs with puppies and up until recently farm animals, on .56 of an acre does not follow those guidelines. This is verifiable by reading the zoning requirements for the town. 3. The Hanson meeting was not stopped due to the overwhelming support for the kennels but because the committee was presented with information they were not made aware of. This is verifiable by reading the notes. 4. By Mr. De Oliveira's admissions on Facebook, he has produced over 100 puppies since 2011. According to his pricing, that is 100 puppies at $1500.00. That is $150,000. This total does not include the training he offers or adoptions for other dogs. This is verifiable by viewing the Griffin Kennels Facebook page. 5. According the Massachusetts Corporation Division, Mr. De Oliveira is not a registered corporation. In addition, there is no business license on file with the Town of Barnstable. These facts are verifiable by contacting the Town of Barnstable or searching on the Mass.Corporation website database. People want to believe that everything is ok because of the visual presented. In not one retaliatory response, do I see people provide information that show he is certified, trained, is not breeding females back to back. Instead they jump to saying, comments like, " YOU are what is sad in all this. Cyber bullies....go back to your hate page." I do not care who he loves, how old he is or what country his people originated in. Augusto Deoliveira needs to stop breeding dogs that have not been health tested/cleared. These dogs are bred as early as 10 months old, back to back and puppies sold under false pretenses for profit. There have been puppies diagnosed with genetic diseases including Sub Aortic Stenosis and a grade 5/6 heart murmur.There are several buyers and potential buyers who have been unable to get a refund for a returned dog or deposit on a dog.
