I assumed there was already some sort of law in place to avoid situations like this. This is down right UNACCEPTABLE. They are children and should never have to worry if the creepy guy down the street is gunna ask them to come play.

I agree with this, there are way too many cases not solved or dealt with. Touching a child wrong in any way should not be forgotten.
