I think its only fair that people could adopt from India. There are loads of prospective parents who would love and care for any child.

Completely support this petition. These families are trying to do a good thing by making a better life for some children, this red tape is only prolonging the process, causing heartache for the families and taking away precious time together!

I support this petition 100%. Inter-county Adoption is practicably, no it is impossible since Ireland became a Hague country due to Ireland's interpretation........ 'best interests of children' I think not, it's time to change this that it is in the 'best interest of the children'

This red tape is ridiculous ... Benefits neither the child or the parents & deprives both of the love & hugs & precious time to make happy childhood memories. 100% support

The process serves nobody well, not the parents or the child. It serves nothing but bureaucracy itself.
