It is such a great opportunity for any child to be part of a loving home, and for any parents to give the gift of love, family and a chance in life that it goes without saying there is a need to have an accredited agency in Ireland for India & to transmit dossiers to India as per US & Mexico.

Why when there so many children looking for a willing and loving parent and so many adults willing to be that parent does the mother of all obstruction notably bureaucracy insist in preventing this under the guise of administration? I urge you to speed up these processes and cut the red tape that surrounds them and let children have a parent before they become an adult with another deprived and impoverished childhood.
