You have children available for adoption on one side and PAP's available on the other. There is no excuse for these unneccessary delays if the "middle men" were working in an efficent manner.

I think it is essential that there is open channels between India and Ireland, to help the orphans in India and the waiting prospective parents. Please consider this strongly and act accordingly.

It is a ridiculous and extremely painful that great parents want to adopt great children and burocracy stands in the way

I concur, particularly with teh request to extend the validity of Declarations. The current time period is simply inadequate.
