It makes no sense to deny Eva this chance. She is such a champion. Even if she were less extraordinary she would still deserve to have a shot at this drug - what has she got to loose ? Meanwhile Pfizer have two opportunities being presented; to potentially save Eva's life, and at the very least, an important experiment. Please take this chance to help an amazing little kid grow into an amazing adult.
