Driving this stretch of road in wintery conditions is a very scarey experience.

Yes I agree that a crash barrier is required on the keith - dufftown road just above parkmore where the trees have been removed.it is a sloppy part of the road in the winter time as it is but now if there was an accident there is nothing to stop vehicles going down the steep embankment towards the railway line.very dangerous and I reckon there will be a death if a vehicle does go over.

Common sense suggests this corner needs a safety barrier

I drive this road for my work at dufftown hospital and it's a really bad road in the snow to the point I have nearly came off the road. The council don't grit it before 7 when snowing after a 12 hour shift driving that road is unsafe. Please do something

I think it is absolutely horrendous that a barrier had not been put up yet, should have been put up as soon as the trees were cut down. Very dangerous

The roads between Aberlour - Dufftown and Keith are terrible - potholes, no drainage, etc and all the council does is put up warning signs as opposed to fixing the problems. This is just another example of misguided council priorities.

I travel this road everyday and am aware of the hazard, but what about someone who does not know the road - just a matter of time before there is a serious accident

This is an accident waiting to happen. It will be too late once someone has crashed down the bank and lost their life. Signage is all very well but it needs a physical barrier.

These corners are prone to icing and leaves this with rain or damp conditions added can make it tretchous, added to the now open drop. This is a serious accident waiting to happen on a busy rural artery.

Unfortunately signs and markings will not prevent cars going off the road. Barrier needed urgently.
