Football is too fast for human eyes. Will give refs power and respect. Used properly it could work! Works in Rugby!

Following an inept and embarrassing refereeing display at NCFC v PALACE there can be no more arguments. Poor refereeing decisions cost points, revenue, league status and even jobs for clubs, fans and their staff. Get it right first time.

I think video technology should be introduced to help out referees and linesmen when they miss incidents inside penalty box only

Football cannot carry on living in the dark ages. Replay reviews are needed as they are used in all other major sports. It will only help give correct decisions and penalise players who break the rules.

Such a thing would not only improve the game and refereeing standards but also encourage more refs to the game. They are vilified for every wrong decision in the world of t.v. technology, an aid to correct this would improve the whole game.

For too long, football has been influenced by bad decisions. We either need a video referral system, like TMO in rugby, or a challenge system to challenge decisions, like in cricket and American Football.
