I just looked at the total and honestly I am kind of shaking because I never thought so many people would actually care about the sad state of our lunch options. It is wild to think that we might actually get real chicken instead of those strange mystery strips because of this momentum.

Apart from health issues, the portions have shrunk by time while prices seem to increase every time. Menu needs to be changed.
Pls add hygiene to this, and I suggest we also get healthy snacks/sandwiches in the vending machines, for those who are not able to eat till 1400!
I bring food for myself as a personal choice, but when I do not manage to prepare a meal, I prefer to go out to the nearby confectionery shops and order some fresh ricotta or buy a packet of nuts or a fresh salad than to buy the expensive/unhealthy foods that the canteen offer
Oh really, put yourself in this position: You forgot (or didn't prepare lunch at home), it's lunch time and it's raining outside. What are you going to do then? Stay hungry? Go out, get wet (and smelly due to overflowing drainage pipes) and buy from elsewhere? Or would you go get something from the canteen? I bet you that quite a considerable number of people here have faced this situation at least once here
A more healthy & varied menu is needed…with reasonable portions at reasonable prices!

Dear Colleagues, We would like to thank you for expressing your views about the food provided by the current canteen operators in the Marsa Fra Diegu building. Ditto .. Having too many times watched food being prepared by the same guy who a second earlier would have been washing dishes and wiping his hand on some filthy cloth ... I am doing my best to avoid the canteen
