This petition is being circulated in order to showcase that their is a want and desire from the North Carolina public, to include a Food Truck Rodeo at this years 2012 NC State Fair. The Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill Food Trucks would like to be able to showcase their talents (and delicious food at this years state fair) We believe that this type of attraction will help to support the local economy as well as showcase another level of food choices at this years fair. We have submitted a proposal to the fair to try to make this happen, but we believe that it will only happen if their is a public demand for it to be so. Please sign this petition if this is an attraction you would like to see, or if you would like to see more money from the fair stay in the local economy, rather then go to giant food vendors who make their money and leave the state.
