We, the undersigned residents of the State of Florida petition our Great Governor, the Honorable Ron DeSantis, to the protect our First Amendment Rights against censorship from Social Media Platforms ( i.e. FaceBook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram and others). We the undersigned have experienced censorship while using Social Platforms in our State of Florida. We have been punished for various periods of time (usually 24 hours to 30 days) and /or removed totally from these Platforms for merely using our First Amendment Rights.
We petition our Governor DeSantis and State government to pursue legal action against these social platforms for violating Florida Law - SB 7072.

I have not been able to add any content to my music Facebook page for over a year, silverunplugged, and I have no idea why!
Not only have I been censured for various reasons & penalty durations but they’ve also limited my “reach” to other users on posts and/or replies. My posts appear to be read or seen by approximately 20-25 people…the same 20-25 people.
I was banned from joining groups for over a week with no explanation not being able to advertise my businesses causing me to lose money! I’m tired of this !!!
I am in constant FB jail for posting true history and covid FACTS. Censoring the truth is obviously not freedom of speech. It isn't even my personal opinion, it is stating fact.
I was censored just yesterday, for a JOKE. No hate speech, no nudity, no threatening statement, etc. The so-called “community standards” are completely arbitrary.
I have had 6 accounts suspensed or deleted by big tech censorship.

I just got another 30 day suspension. This will be my 35th 30 day suspension from Fascist Book. It will be my 4th 30 day suspension in the last the last 100 days.They have also locked me out of 2 accounts.
