We the people, of the state of Florida, petition our state legislators to further secure our right to keep and bear arms.  The state should enact a law similar to Wyoming's (and other states) Firearms Freedom Act under the authority granted to each state as enumerated in the US Constitution.  Which provides "that firearms manufactured, sold, purchased, possessed and used exclusively within the state is exempt from federal regulation."

The constitution is clear. States have rights and we should use them to protect our own people.
