Madrid needs a real sports director
I love real madrid
We need a complete overhaul in the board. We need balance, stability and consistency. And for these, we need Perez to quit the club.
He has destroyed the structure of the club by assigning benitez
In need of new club President, new coach, and new sporting director.
Perez is the reason Real Madrid is getting dominated by teams like Barcelona. He destroyed the balance of the club. He behaves like a dictator who always crushes dissent(hierro, raul etc).Not only that he sells players just as the bring their balance to the game(ozil, di Maria, Makelele). And he is a racist(ronaldinho, makelele). Madrid should get rid of him fast so that it can be the best in the world once again.

My reasons: 1. Dismissal of Ancelotti 2. Sad send off of Casillas 3. When you run a multi-million dollar operation but don't know when you're players are suspended.
