No bike path! Sidewalks are still needed on some streets, ridiculous to fund bike paths before sidewalks to residents!

The village should prioritize sidewalks to keep our residents safe. The creek path will not be sufficiently monitored. There is a history of issues with people hanging out at the creek as it is. By looking at what is collected in the creek bed during Village cleanup day, you will see evidence of activities that you do not want to support. Additionally the homes along the creek were not built to support traffic. The area along the creek already is flooded for much of the year and changes it will exacerbate the Issue.

We should not spend money on a bike path - we should allocate those resources to sidewalks!

Please listen to the voice of the residents of Western Springs, and do NOT put in the bike path. Thank you

A bike path in this area poses major safety issues to both residents and bikers. Not to mention a place for kids to loiter and get into trouble. There are much better uses for any available village funding.

The Village needs to revisit its rules on determining how a street can get a sidewalk currently without them. Every resident in the Village deserves to be safe walking, biking and running, and asking residents to petition residents on the street then fund the sidewalks is ridiculous.

A strong no against this proposal. I believe the village board is disregarding the voices of residents that were expressed when this proposal previously was reviewed.

Against this for a number of reasons:
Security issues, environmental impact, and money should be spent on more important infrastructure issues in Ridgewood.

There is NO reason to pursue this project as Indian Head Park and Forest Hills have already declined. Let's focus on our roads that are in pretty terrible condition after this winter. As an avid cyclist, that's where we ride.

I would rather see the money go towards improving roads, water, and street lights in Ridgewood.
