Public safety should come first. Sidewalks come first!

We need side walks!

Please consider the safety of our children and the residents and do not prioritize a bike path.

Sidewalks would be a far better investment for our neighborhood, community, and the safety of our children.

Public safety of the residents of WS should be the number 1 priority of WS Board of Trustees. This is particularly true for the children of WS. Uniform pedestrian access to our schools, public parks and business district is critical to increasing public safety. Hence the need for uniform sidewalks throughout the community. NOT A BIKE PATH! Resources should be committed to a sidewalks throughout WS.

I do not support the bike bath and would prefer the village focus on sidewalks in the Forest Hills neighborhood

This project should terminated with applicable funds put towards sidewalks. Sidewalk would increase property values while this bike path would adversely effect property values to those homes adjacent to proposed path.

For the safety of all in our community, please prioritize sidewalks over this project.

We have more pressing issues such as sidewalks and safely lighting the village than adding this bike path.

Paths in the street; privacy, no traffic, people are charged $ to use Community Garden-what about the path people? Who will keep up the landscape and parking spots in the Garden. Be wise like Hinsdale!!!!!!!

I would respectively request this bike bath plan be placed on hold at this time. I strongly feel sidewalks are a higher priority for the areas of Western Springs without at this time. As this is a safety issue for our residents young and old

Sidewalks for the kids should be the priority here.

Let’s prioritize sidewalks and assessing opportunities for more four way stops at intersections.

Let’s focus on sidewalks instead of bike paths. It would be nice for all kids to be able to walk to/from school safely.
