I agree, pretty dangerous. Especially with truckers and the high volume of traffic ... vehicles don't or can't get over for those merging onto the highway. Unsafe for a lot of reasons. Needs to be addressed.

Use your leverage, your vision, your common sense, and your duty to Public Safety, and spearhead a solution before something or someone causes a real disaster where the powers are forced to act.

I believe that the railroad is the big hang up here. They have to re-rout all of the GM plant traffic in order to build a new bridge over the highway before the highway dept can do anything. It need to be done but it wont happen soon.

This route use to be just a passthrough when traveling to KSC, Ozarks, etc. Now with the family populations growing throughout Wentzville, it's become part of a daily commute, a typical route to the store, and dropping off kiddos into town. Truly needs consideration for improvement with the locals and those just passing through.

Very dangerous and traffic is always bottled getting near Wentzville no matter what time of day. A third lane would also help as well as a third lane through Lake St. Louis on 64/40 past 70, although we realize funding is a big issue.

This is a horrible section of interstate. Very dangerous! Please fix, as my son and his fiancé are moving out that way and as the population grows, it’s only going to get worse. Raise the gas tax if needed. Thank you

This is a very dangerous stretch of the highway. You have Hwy 70 just going down to 2 lanes with another major highway (40/61) merging at the same time. Lots of heavy traffic congestion with people changing lanes which are very narrow to begin with.

This has always been a terrible stretch of highway. Long overdue to come up with a viable solution to redesign this area that is not only dangerous but also a severe cause of traffic and congestion.

I also drive through this S curve everyday and it is a tight fit for vehicles going anywhere between 65-80 MPH. The train bridge is a crumbling mess. I would not trust this bridge any longer considering how heavy these trains are crossing it.
