My hw, moodle, spire, everything is online and yet I am still penalized when I am not able to access it due to lack of expert IT staff.

Every one has some struggle of the wifi problem at least once. We need Wifi to submit HW and do the readings. It is necessary to have good wifi!!

Why are we paying top dollar for Internet that doesn't work? When I was at umass last year without the fee, the Internet was much better. What happened? Where does that Internet money charge go? To building a fence in the back of Hasbrouck?

i live in southwest. The internet speeds make it difficult to watch videos for classes or just for fun, stream music, play xbox, or even just use academic and admistrative websites. It wasn't nearly this bad last year. I don't if you have to sacrifice a goat to make it happen, just please fix the internet speeds.
