Kind of ridiculous, why disable all the ethernet ports if you can't provide a half decent service? It's also counterintuitive to have terrible Internet service while 90% of our homework is online and many of us are dependent on e-textbooks. How does this make sense?

Every night at the same time the wifi connection continues to stop working. I should be able to use my computer and the Internet any time I wish, any where on campus, and I'm not paying for this not to work. This needs to be fixed

This has been a problem not only to my leisure time but also to my ability to do my homework because a sometimes i need to download something like readings.

This WiFi is ridiculous, especially between the hours of 8:00pm and 12:00am, which are prime homework times. The system is overloaded, making it next to impossible to submit homework on time. Not to mention places like Baby Berk and Sweets & More are suffering as a direct result of these terrible WiFi conditions. In fact, just yesterday (24 September) Baby Berk had to close up shop for a while because they could not get their cash register to connect to the WiFi. The same applies to Sweets & More, their system was having issues actually scanning ID's and accessing accounts. If they won't fix the WiFi then they need to give us access to the ethernet jacks. We paid an extra $250 this year to get better internet and all they did was make it worse.

Yes, the slowness is due to high traffic. No, that is not an excuse for how bad eduroam is. This is a research university. Figure out a solution to the problem, because that is what we are paying for.

this really needs to get fixed NOW. there is no reason why i should have to walk to the library every day to get work done when i'm paying extra for internet connection in my dorm.

250$ is not a nominal fee to pay for a service that's worse off than it was before the assault on my pockets.
