The time has come to finally mitigate the flooding problems of our neighborhood by installing new and higher sea walls within new ball valves in the drainage openings. We have the funding so let’s get it done!

The past two years have been significantly worse with higher flood levels and more frequency. This issue has been recognized for years, and yet our neighborhood has not seen any significant relief efforts. It is time that this urgent issue be remedied for Don CeSar Place neighborhood. Thank you.

It is beyond the time for this wirk to be completed! The residents of this area suffer flood related losses almost yearly. November 12, 2020 was the last straw!!

The Streets are always Flooded causing damage to the cars and houses. It is horrible. We pay such high taxes and we have to put up with this.

I agree with the design/installation flaws! The tide flex valve at location #2 is a joke, it will do nothing to prevent influx of water.

this has taken too long - please get the completion of this work scheduled ASAP! Another storm season with flooded streets is unacceptable with the approval of these projects already in place. Please help us!

Please complete this project. Tampa Bay has long dodged a hurricane disaster and we need this done before our turn arrives!

Our whole yard -back and front - was under water at one time last year - within a couple of inches of coming in the house.

I’ve lived here since 1966, They tried “baffles” in the 70s, Didnot last, The seawall around Don Cesar Place was put in approx. 1922! Ya think it’s time for a new seawall ? Eliminate the “Engineering Studies”! We need a new seawall! And higher!

This is well over due and in much need for this area. The streets flood all time time and this past Nov (Storm ETA) did some real damage to homes. What else is needed to move forward with this project? The longer this waits, the more risk is being placed on the Don Cesar place residents (both personal property and physical health). Please follow through with the plans.

It's time for the City to follow through with the existing flood control plan . We are losing confidence in the proposal due to lack of the promised work .
