Have lived here 50 (yep!) years and have old photo of my boy, then 8 or 9, body surfing toward So De Bazan along in Don Jose. Seems that Spillway engineering hasn't improved. PLEASE make us a priority. Finally. After 50m years!

CSPB- This remains a known and increasing critical issue for the neighborhood. Project plans are in place, budget and funding allocated, now we need priority to get started and work completed. Thank you for your direct attention.

My house, street, and Lazarillo Park flood regularly during tides, much less storms.

We are so tired of all of the standing water when we have heavy rain. It is ridiculous that this issue has not been addressed. All we get is promises and everything being pushed back. Please respect our rights as property owners and tax payers and address this problem NOW. Thank you.

Please begin to rectify this issue. We see many capital improvements being done and our neighborhood is not only important but historic. It’s time to begin, we have been put on the back burner for far to long.

Time to make a difference in a community. Why delayed if already approved?

The data shows our streets should be prioritized. This is not about preferences or opinions - decisions should be based on facts.

Our property taxes are quite high. This should be given highest priority!
