I've returned to work this morning after suffering a foot injury - both foyer lifts were out of action - thank goodness the goods lift was still operating or I would have had to do a U-turn and go home!

Please don't feel aggrieved by the porters on reception. I promise they are as annoyed as all the rest of us and in fact have been trying to do more to fix the issue than anyone else,

YES PLEASE! Got stuck waiting for a lift 3 times today and each time the guy at reception just goes "oh it's not working again".
