It would be nice to have some operational lifts for over 10 floors!

The Hicks lifts are atrociously slow and terribly unreliable.

Seems like one of them is always out of order... would be nice to have the both working more often than not

What happens on an Open Day when we try to gain undergraduates? My office is on K floor!

I've returned to work this morning after suffering a foot injury - both foyer lifts were out of action - thank goodness the goods lift was still operating or I would have had to do a U-turn and go home!

Not funny for disabled, cleaners, people on upper floors

Walking to J floor - irritating for me (one day in October), impossible for staff/students with certain disabilities.

They should be fixed without a doubt. It's so frustrating having to wait for 5 mins just to move up/down the building with it

Hi Charlotte, Please don't feel aggrieved by the porters on reception. I promise they are as annoyed as all the rest of us and in fact have been trying to do more to fix the issue than anyone else, Tim Heaton

YES PLEASE! Got stuck waiting for a lift 3 times today and each time the guy at reception just goes "oh it's not working again".
