We call on Kaiser Permanente to either revert back to the previous version of pay stubs, or to create a newer version that is more easily readable, shows accurate calculations and totals, and offers a layout which any employee can understand. Too many errors and miscalculations have occurred over the past year and this has caused employees to miss out on pay, have errors occur with the accrual of time off (vacation, sick, education, etc.), and create confusion when attempting to determine if all sections of the pay stub are correct. All employees, including timekeepers, management, and HR representatives agree- the previous version was more succinct, easier to understand, and the layout was efficient. We ask Kaiser to fix this error and correct the pay system which has caused so much havoc for far too many employees. We have shown up during this pandemic. To think that Kaiser is getting away with such a disastrous system change, which National HR cannot even keep up with the cases of individuals calling in with questions and issues, is simply ridiculous.

We now have a two page paycheck with less information. Updated vacation, life balance, sick time balances was very helpful and why they had to get rid of that, I’ll never know.
I also had not had any federal taxes taken out of my check since the new system and it screwed me on my filing filing taxes and I was not exempt for any time. So yes fix our paychecks !!!!!!
I want the audit. I didn’t get paid sick leave for covid. Despite of having so many hours of sick time. Kaiser only paid me 53 hours and told me to file EDD. EDD stated my claim is very small less than a week and they will not pay me so I am leave without pay for 11 hours I have so many vacation time and sick time I’m still leave without pay for 11 hours.
Every paycheck seems to have a discrepancy with earned or used VAC/SCK Balances. I've spent multiple hours trying to get through to HR where you l/m (& nobody calls back), sit you long & give up or just get disconnected once someone answers. It's terrible!!! Never had this issue w/ the old system.
Please go back to the previous, simple pay stub. This new one is ridiculously difficult to read, AND I've had miscalculations for the first time in over 20 yrs.

Ever since I got back from maternity leave in DECEMBER my time has been messed up. On HR Connect everything says ZERO like I never even accrue any time. It also say PLAN TERM like I don’t even work here!
