Fix our pay stubs!
We call on Kaiser Permanente to either revert back to the previous version of pay stubs, or to create a newer version that is more easily readable, shows accurate calculations and totals, and offers a layout which any employee can understand. Too many errors and miscalculations have occurred over the past year and this has caused employees to miss out on pay, have errors occur with the accrual of time off (vacation, sick, education, etc.), and create confusion when attempting to determine if all sections of the pay stub are correct. All employees, including timekeepers, management, and HR representatives agree- the previous version was more succinct, easier to understand, and the layout was efficient. We ask Kaiser to fix this error and correct the pay system which has caused so much havoc for far too many employees. We have shown up during this pandemic. To think that Kaiser is getting away with such a disastrous system change, which National HR cannot even keep up with the cases of individuals calling in with questions and issues, is simply ridiculous.
