Fix our parking or fix street cleaning times. 4am-8am is ridiculous and a racket!

I ended up moving from downtown, an arwa i love, almost soley based on the parking situation. It is ridiculous and the city needs to be held accountable.

My family lives in an apartment on 2nd without parking in driveway/garage. Plus we have a baby. It's a hassle trying to find parking especially for my wife. She has to carry a heavy stroller and groceries. People have absolutely NO parking etiquette. They leave so much space between cars. Fix LB parking on 2nd by Junipero. Put up parking lines, so people do not abuse street parking. Also assign parking passes for residents.

Parking is horrible dont even Want to come home but when i do i spend about an hour trying to find a parking.

No life not having parking. Over 99% of those that park are going and coming from the courthouse, as well as club goers. Not even the meters are available. Life is formed around parking and I hate that!! I can't even go to work early without thinking that I have to walk ten blocks for parking. Then, I have to leave Los Angeles early just to try to find parking. It's a disaster and we need two spacing permits for only the residents and those that are visiting the residents overnight

There are many spaces in Pacific Ave with no meters. But right in front of our apt there are several parking meters. It wouldn't be so bad but we have no other parking. Yes I will do my research & yes I will be voting. Sincerely, Debbie Owens

Downtown residential parking is a nightmare. It can take over an hour to fing parking on days where i work late. People are taking up multiple spots so they can save there own parking spots.

I fully support this petition. It is a hassle for residents to not want to leave their homes due to not finding parking. Us residents are left with no choice but to park on red zones, which earn us a ticket. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have lived in DTLB for almost four years and want to move out of the city I call home, purely because of parking issues. Myself or friends that come by have to run downstairs every 2 hours to move cars around to avoid being ticketed. Many times, I am forced to wake up at 4am to move my car due to street sweeping... and end up accepting the ticket anyway, as there is no where to move it. I live near many local businesses, bars and restaurants, but friends are too afraid of the parking situation to ever come down and patronize them with me. FIX THIS! Enough is enough.
