Instagram has been making way to many changes. One includes banning real people with something called an IP ban. Another thing is the shadow ban. An IP ban blocks your device from logging in to any account and when you try logging in a message pops up reading "sorry, there was a problem with your request." A shadow ban is blocking your account from being able to use hash tags and no one can find your account through normal searching. Remove IP and shadow banning from your app they are both horrible ideas!!! BRING BACK CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER!!! People don't want prioritized posting we want chronological order back. Another issue is the help center. Whenever you try typing in it you get banned from using it for no reason. Also ACTUALLY REPLY TO HELP REQUESTS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Last but not least stop trying to become other social media apps it's stupid. The update that added stories is an obvious snapchat copy and the prioritized posting was an obvious Facebook take over change. To end my points people want the old instagram back well the old way instagram used to be. The good instagram.

Agree! My ip address was banned and i cant use instagram, eventho im a REAL PERSON. i need my instagram back, its so important to me, because i have a bussiness account for my onlineshop. Please instagram.
I agree with this petition 100% and I really do hope Instagram actually fixes these problems, because it is ridiculous! I'm a very active user with a pretty huge following. I don't use any third party apps so I have no clue why they banned my IP address. I really hope I get my account back.
Hello I'm Jada an I have been IP banned from Instagram for 6 days now for no apparent reason.(My instagram name is @exquisite.jah ).I am only to log in through the google or chrome browser which sucks because I can't post or receive messages from friends or anybody.

Can't believe this is happening. I have been an avid supporter of Instagram for almost two years now, growing my account to nearly 30k followers. Never had any problems then all of a sudden I can't log in, getting the same error message every time. I'm officially boycotting Instagram until this is fixed.
I have lost many accounts, i personally suffered a great deal of distress because of the loss of my social life because of this.
They wrongfully banned me today for CE! How F'n sick!!! I have NEVER done or said anything sexual on this app! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

I got banned and have not even been given a viable reason for it. I just got an email that it still didn't meet the guidelines with nothing reinstated. Also all of this and I barely even post and I have not commented on a strangers post ever.
