Circles are a bad idea in Laurel Park. It would slow traffic even more .

No roundabouts, please. I have lived with them in another city - they don't work well, and many are being removed. Traffic signals with sensors work best, along with 3rd lanes. Also no new development, too much traffic already, causing dangerous situation at intersections. U

This is a nose of a camel coming into a tent project. Neither the traffic on the road nor the nature of the area can adequately support this size development in this location.

I travel 64 quite frequently. I can pretty much guarantee that a "roundabout" (we called them traffic circles where I grew up, in Washington, D.C.) will cause MAJOR hassles for many, possibly most. The Cottages of Arcadia idea is borderline obscene given the already overburdened utilities and roads. Why penalize all residents just to line the pockets of a few?!

I am opposed to this plan. Too much development going on and ruining the beauty of the area. Tax implications as well. I am not interested in helping every area that moans about something. Greedy.

Roundabouts are a very bad idea. Large semis travel on 64. Also there are a lot of old people that will have to use them and they will have trouble with their response time and their ability to make a decision when to progress. A turn out lane wherever needed or 3 lanes is a much better decision.

The Cottages of Arcadia Views development will adversely affect the traffic situations. Merging onto 64 is already difficult. Please, cancel this project.
