Local traffic is almost already impossible to deal with it needs to come to a point where we can control the growth and I think this is the point!

I don’t have anything against roundabouts, but three in this short a distance are way too much. I would like to see three lanes, if not more, and, if possible, sidewalks. I don’t think bike lanes are a real priority here.

I am right off of Glasgow and definitely not in favor of Roundabouts. Need to improve traffic situation on 64West another way

I cannot say enough against both these projects. They would be a disaster for the traffic using Hwy 64, increasing accident potential, and for the people already living in this area. The proposed housing development will cause the decline of property value and increase potential risk of crime.

I cannot see the point in the proposed roundabouts on Hwy. 64. There are already three lanes at the intersection on Blythe St. & 64. Also there are three lanes from Pisgah Dr. to White Pine leaving only a mile or less that would need a third lane added. It seems like overkill to involve losing houses and businesses.

We moved from Buncombe County to Hendersonville a little over a year ago primarily due to over-development in and around Asheville. I'm very opposed to seeing that happen in this area, which we love. Overcrowding equates to added stress for all of us.

This development would not be in keeping with the adjacent existing neighborhoods. The area has single family homes on larger lots. Directly across from the proposed development is Hawthorn Hills where the lots are 3/4 acre or more per home. Finally, the infrastructure will not support a new development. 64 is a dangerous road. Traffic is already more than is safe, especially if you are entering 64 from a side street or driveway.
