We, the loyal members of Fitness First Mudon, are deeply concerned about the recent changes in management over the past 4–5 months. These changes have led to the resignation of several of the best coaches, including Sebastien and Darwin, who were passionate, motivating, and organized events even outside their working hours to help us become true athletes.

Additionally, Rumille, an outstanding and much-loved coach, has been moved to the women's section at Damac Mall, leaving members with access to only one Saturday morning session — a decision we feel is unfair and disappointing.

The overall atmosphere, training quality, and member satisfaction have significantly declined.

We respectfully call on the gym’s leadership to review these management decisions, listen to the concerns of its long-term members, and take action to restore the high standards, passionate coaching, and community spirit that once made Fitness First Mudon truly special.
